Calculation Formula

To calculate the number of clicks for a desired dose, we use the formula:

Number of clicks = Dose / (Concentration × 0.01 mL)

Concentrations for Wegovy FlexTouch Pens:

• 0.25 mg pen: 0.68 mg/mL
• 0.5 mg pen: 1.34 mg/mL
• 1 mg pen: 1.34 mg/mL
• 1.7 mg pen: 2.27 mg/mL
• 2.4 mg pen: 3.2 mg/mL

The total number of clicks on the Wegovy 1.7 mg pen is 288 clicks.
